General Newssubscriptions and other matters



Guys it has come to my attention that a number of people who are expecting to be playing senior cricket have still not paid their yearly subscriptions (including myself).

Joe will be at training on wednesday to collect monies and you will be also able to pay fees on satudrday during the intra club game.

A note for match days;

As with the 2nd team this year it is inevitable that only a select few players will be able to drive players to the grounds as others are either to young or dont drive.
With the rising price of fuel etc it is expected that players who share lifts will contribute a few quid to the driver this season. If it were not for these people we would not be playing away games.

Can players please bear this in mind for the upcoming season and bring an extra couple of quid for their drivers.

If players have any questions etc about this years 2nd team please speak to me personally or ring me on my mobile.

Also can players who think that they will be playing seconds or above text me their number as i will need it to notify them about selections etc.

This season the 2nd team will conduct fielding drills and other pre match practices in an effort to mimic the professionalism of the first team, as our aim this season is to win the league.

If we are professional on and off the pitch then this will deliver a winning mentality which will hopefully hold us in good stead for the season to come.

Lets hope we have a prosperous season and win the league
