How and when to pay your membership fees.

Collection of Membership fees and forms.

SENIORS
Carolyn Varcoe and Jo Butson will attend senior training on Sunday March 14th where we will hand out membership forms (already printed with last year’s details). Collect them back with corrections and membership fees.

COLTS
Joe Cunningham to provide Carolyn Varcoe with names and ages of all colts who have attended indoor nets to enable her to have pre printed membership forms for the colts who have attended.
Saturday 10th April Carolyn and I will have a membership day at Mount Wise from 10.00am to 2.00pm for all colts and for any senior players who have not been attending nets or otherwise slipped through the net.

LADIES
Carolyn will provide Philippa with pre printed forms for all the ladies who were registered last year during their run of indoor training. The ladies can then attend the session at Mount Wise on Saturday 10th April to pay their membership.


DAY MEMBERSHIP
For those of you who will only be able to play a few games this season, there is the option of paying a day membership of £3 (on top of the match fee) each Saturday. However it is still necessary for you to complete a registration form before you play your first match. If possible on the registration day.
