3 wins out of 3!

Another good perforamnce by a side that is not at full strength yet but this is more than made up by the overall team spirit & motivation to continue to win.
Yet again Abbo lost the toss and Plymouth were put in to bat on a track that looked like it would be helpful to the bowlers - as usual! Dave Watson looked in great nick and was very quick to pounce on anything slightly short of a length. Joe Cunningham got another ball that seemed to follow him & nicked one to slip. Dave was extremely unlucky to get one that bounced off a good length just as lhe looked to take control.
At 30 odd for 2 both Jack Hughes & Andy Sewell needed to bat cautiously but keep the runs coming and gradually they managed to do just that until Jack was out when the score was on 105. Andy continued with Jake Folley, taking singles to fielders not 'in on the one', until he was eventually out for 42 chasing a wide one that kept low.
Unfortunately Jake was out soon after missing a full toss trying to pull to leg but the rest of the Plymouth batsman managed to keep to keep the score ticking over (notably Nigel 'the warhorse' Hughes!) to reach a creditable 199 off the full 50 overs.
After a great faith tee the Plymouth bowlers set to work on dismantling the top order of Sidmouth's batting lineup with Jack Hughes being the the pick. Sidmouth were never in the game and although their last pair put up some resistance it was all over with 5 overs to spare and only 105 on the board.
Well done everyone but look out next week because Plymstock will be much stronger!
