Excellent, a structured training sesh and everyone knows what is expected of them.We all know, especially in the first team how important training hard and fielding practice is to competing on a saturday.Last year our fielding was poor(tempted to write a lot worse!!!) Our overseas players commented on how poor all teams were at fielding in particular. The times are set out so we can work and improve.Lets back ourselves to get better and that means working hard in training!!!
